Your Website & Your Data

What happens to my existing website?
We migrate it to Kapuli — your content, your URLs, your SEO all carry over. You get a built-in editor to update it yourself going forward.
Who owns my customer and booking data?
You do. Your data is fully separate from every other operator on the platform.
Can I export my data?
Yes, anytime — bookings, payments, and traveler records export to CSV/Excel on demand.

Trips & Tours

Can I set up multiple tours and departures, each with its own pricing and rules?
Yes — capacity, pricing, deposits, and cancellation policy can all be set per trip.
Can travelers change or cancel a booking?
Yes, within whatever policy you set for your business.

Payments

What payment methods are supported?
Kapuli connects to your own payment processor — card payments are broadly supported, with more options on the way.
Does Kapuli take a cut of my bookings?
No. You bring your own payment account, funds go directly to you, and Kapuli doesn't take a percentage.
Can travelers update or change their payment method?
Yes.

Loyalty & Credits

Can I reward repeat travelers?
Yes — you configure how credits are earned and redeemed, and travelers can apply them at checkout.
Can credits be combined with discounts?

Booking Experience

Can guests share preferences like diet or room type?
Yes, and that information is available to you and exportable for your suppliers.
Can guests upload required documents (ID, waivers, etc.)?
Yes, directly to their traveler profile, linked to their booking.
